Low Temp Ball Valves
Low temp ball valves are designed to operate reliably to temperatures as low as -196℃. Low temperature ball valves are typically for liquefied gasses such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, fluorine, helium and methane.

Key Specifications / Features
Low Temp Ball Valve are designed and tested as BS 6364 Standard, which specifies the requirements for the design, manufacture and testing of valves for cryogenic service. Low temperature related to ball valves which serves the fluid with temperature -46℃ or lower.
For temperature≥ -46℃: Low temperature carbon steel (A352 LCB, LCC, LF2) is OK
For temperature≥ -196℃: Stainless steel with low temperature treatment (CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, F304, F316, F304L, F316L) is OK
All the Relia low temperature ball valves are tested with nitrogen or helium at the designed temperature. The lip seal is adopted instead of O-ring, as O-ring is not suitable for low temperature.
